An R7 edge banding machine automates applying decorative/protective tape to panel edges (MDF, chipboard) through stages: pre-milling (smooths panel), gluing (applies hot glue), end trimming (cuts tape flush), rough/fine trimming (removes excess), corner rounding (smooths corners), scraping (removes glue lines), and buffing (polishes for a perfect finish), delivering a professional, durable edge in a continuous process.

Slide Cutter Machine

It is essential in the furniture and cabinetry industries due to its ability to make clean, straight, and angled cuts on large panels like plywood and MDF.

CNC Router Machine

A CNC router machine automates cutting, carving, drilling, and engraving materials like wood, plastic, and soft metals using computer instructions (G-code) to move a spinning tool along X, Y, and Z axes, creating precise 2D or 3D designs from digital CAD/CAM models, effectively replacing manual routing for high accuracy and repeatability. The process involves designing in CAD, generating toolpaths in CAM software to create G-code, loading material, setting up tools, and running the program, with the machine then executing complex cuts autonomously.
